about venturing crew 318

Venturing Crew 318 was founded in March, 2018 (hence our unit number 318) and is made up of young men and women who love to explore their passions, make new friends and discover the world.

We follow the BSA Venturing program and are constantly looking for opportunities for new adventures. 

Crew 318 is chartered by Rotary Club of Allen Sunrise and is closely associated with Scouts BSA Troop 1299. We typically meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month and plan monthly activities that range from a couple of hours to a half-day, or even a weekend trip. These activities involve community service, camping, shooting sports, riding ATVs, escape rooms, movies, and more! And we are always looking for new members with fun and creative ideas for activities. The unit is youth led and activities are selected, planned and executed by the youth members.
