Tommy Henderson's Eagle Project

Description

Hello Scouts and Scouters of Troop 1299!

My name is Tommy Henderson and I have been in the troop since 2014.  I am going to complete my Eagle Project this next week.

My Eagle project is for our Charter Organization, Suncreek Methodist Church and I will be installing shelving, purse pegs, ball hook, nylon ball bag and organizing their utility room.

This is short notice – I am sorry.  I will need help Thursday evening, Oct., 25 moving stuff out of the utility room to a storage room.

Friday evening, Oct 26, I will need help installing the shelving braces, purse hooks for the choir, ball hook & ball net.

Saturday morning, Oct 27, I will need help putting up the shelving and organizing the rom back together.

The goal is to be done either Friday night or Saturday morning before noon.  The church has an activity on Saturday at 1:00 and will need their rooms back to normal.

I am also using some of my scout account money for the project to purchase a table cart as a special gift to our charter organization helping them organize the room even more.

If you are coming Friday or Saturday, please bring any cordless drills, 3 ft levels, and a tall ladder.   We have the majority of those tools, but some extras would help so we can have a couple of people working on them at the same time.

Anything that you can do to help me accomplish my Eagle Project is really appreciated.

Thank you,

Tommy Henderson
