Reminders for Orientation Campout:

1. Make sure you have the following forms completed and ready to turn in:
   1. Medical Forms A, B1 and B2
   2. March 2023 Orientation Campout Permission Slip 
2. Bring cash for Gas-n-Grub to meeting - please no checks
   1. Scouts will need $20
   2. Adults will need $20
3. We will meet at Suncreek UMC on Friday at 5:30pm to load the trailers and leave by 6:00pm
   1. We will return on Sunday to Boon Elementary.  Scouts will call when 30 minutes out for a pickup
4. Make sure to feed your scout before arriving on Friday afternoon.
5. Location of campout is Cleburne State Park, Cleburne, TX (about 1.5 hrs southwest of Allen)
   1. This will be a device free campout, please remember to leave them at home.  Adults will have phones for communication purposes.
