Save the Date - January 30 - Virtual Duck Creek Merit Badge Mania
Registration: https://scoutingevent.com/571-2021DCMania
There has been a tremendous amount of interest in the January 30, 2021 event. Some answers to common questions are below:
1. Classes are in the Central Time Zone
2. 100% online, these details will be sent prior to the event
3. Registration will open in Mid-December
4. Any merit badges that have work that will need to be done outside of class will have that information specified at registration. Each counselor will clarify for the scouts how to proceed with any incomplete elements.
5. We will have a morning session and an afternoon session
6. Not every merit badge is offered in both sessions, the offerings will be clarified at registration (some classes are more than one merit badge)
7. $5 per session
8. The logo is similar to the event patch, and one will be mailed to each participant
9. Classes will have limited numbers. Most have a maximum of 20 registrants. Several are smaller class sizes. Some will have a minimum age.
10. The class for Religious Emblems Coordinators/Chaplains/Chaplain's Aides have no limits on attendees and no fee. This class is intended for those that have these positions and are open to adults. Option to purchase a patch for $5.
