Scouts and Scout Parents,

If you are free August 15, please consider helping me on my Eagle Scout Project for the Heard Museum. We will be replacing boards along the sides of the trail at the trailhead. Also, we are going to place gravel in any low spots on the trail.

• Location: Heard Museum, 1 Nature Place, McKinney, Texas

• Date/Time: August 15, 8am

• Bring: mask, gloves, water, and extra hoes, mallets, wheelbarrows, or shovels

The Heard Museum was founded in 1967. It consists of a 289-acre wildlife sanctuary and a natural science museum for the primary purpose of educating children about nature. The Heard is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and exists to bring nature and people together to discover, enjoy, experience, restore, and preserve our priceless environment.
